Does the existence of Israel refute the teachings of islamic fundamentalism?

These are either truths or they’re not.

Most of the 1950′s there are threats and aggression from these Arab states. In 1967 Israel pre-empts an immediate invasion by Egypt and defeats them. In 1973 Egypt again invades on Israel’s Day of Atonement – the holiest day in their calendar. Egypt loses – again.
