If Kosovo, Why Not Palestine?

 The Mosaic Intelligence Report examines several statements from Palestinian officials and asks whether the Palestinians, with their own unique problems, are planning to follow Kosovo’s example by making a unilateral declaration of independence. (via TruthDig)

  1. if i’m not mistaken, this would be the third time the palestinians established their state. first time was during the 1948 war, second time was in 1988 like the announcer said. the second time around, the state of palestine was recognized by most of the countries in the world, but not by the important ones. at one point after the algiers declaration, according to international law expert francis doyle, more countries recognized palestine than israel.
